Who writes our resources

Articles are published by the Zeroed Editorial Team. The team combines Zeroed's product knowledge with publicly available information from regulators, legislation, payment providers, and other reputable sources.

How we use AI

We use AI tools to help discover questions, organise research, compare sources, and prepare drafts. Automation is not treated as evidence. Every published factual claim must be traceable to a source listed on the article, and automated checks block publication when required evidence is missing.

Our source standards

• We prefer primary South African sources, including legislation, regulators, government bodies, and official provider documentation.
• We distinguish general operational guidance from legal, tax, or financial advice.
• We do not invent customer numbers, testimonials, ratings, recovery rates, or product capabilities.
• Sources, publishers, and access dates appear at the end of each resource.

Images and media

We use original Zeroed graphics, product imagery we own, or media with a verified licence that permits our use. Image-search results are discovery tools, not permission to copy. When a third-party image is used, its source and licence are recorded.

Product and legal boundaries

Zeroed is first-party accounts receivable software. It is not a debt collection agency, does not hold debtor payments, and does not guarantee recovery. Content reflects those boundaries and should not be read as a substitute for professional legal advice.

Updates and corrections

Every article carries a published and updated date. We review older resources when sources change, readers identify an issue, or search data shows that an answer needs clarification. Material corrections update the article's date and wording.
